From a liquid product to a powder through the atomization and drying process.

It is the process according to which a liquid product characterized by a high solids content is atomized in a hot gas stream to instantly obtain a powder. It is a form of drying but used appropriately it can be exploited to encapsulate hydrophilic and hydrophobic active compounds within different vectors, avoiding thermal degradation of the active one.
