Of particular interest is the SpherAQ® technology, which increases the active ingredient’s bioavailability.
This technology is suitable for encapsulating lipophilic molecules, which, by making them soluble in water, allows for solving problems related to the bioavailability of ingredients such as oils, which often lead to poor stability over time and insolubility in water.
Encapsulation, therefore, allows the active ingredient to be protected from the external environment, such as the extreme acidic conditions of the stomach, through a physical barrier.
